This is a space for deep healing — through breath, sound and meditation. Whether you’re moving through loss, longing to reconnect in your relationship, or simply feeling called to come home to yourself, you are welcome here.
At the heart of my work are healing sessions — gentle, yet powerful containers that blend heart-opening breathwork, therapeutic sound and music, and intuitive meditation and guidance. These sessions are for anyone navigating stress, emotional stagnation, life transitions, or a desire to reconnect with their inner self.

These sessions are designed for those navigating stress, anxiety, grief, emotional blocks, or burnout—or simply for those seeking a profound moment of deep rest and realignment. Using a combination of ancient healing techniques and modern, science-backed practices, each session is uniquely tailored to your needs.
The Science
• Sound & Frequency: Research shows that sound and vibration can affect the nervous system, shifting brainwave states from stress (beta) to deep relaxation and healing (alpha and theta). Vocal frequencies, in particular, can activate the vagus nerve, supporting emotional regulation and stress relief.
• Breathwork: Controlled breathing techniques help regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone), and gently quietens the prefrontal cortex, promoting a sense of calm and clarity. It also helps shift the body from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)
• Meditation: Meditation has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, enhance emotional resilience, and rewire neural pathways for greater inner peace. When combined with sound and breathwork, it creates a powerful synergy for deep healing and transformation.

Session Options
Single Session – Deep Reset (60 mins)
A one-off session designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Using a combination of vocal sound healing, guided breathwork, and meditation, this is perfect if you need an emotional or energetic reset.
Three-Session Journey – Deeper Integration
For those looking to work through a specific emotional block, life transition, or chronic stress patterns. Over three sessions, we focus on rewiring stress responses, deepening relaxation, and creating space for emotional healingthrough a blend of sound healing, breathwork, and meditation.
Six-Session Transformation – Profound Shifts
A fully immersive healing experience for those committed to long-term transformation, nervous system regulation, and deep emotional release. These sessions support you in moving through layers of stress, trauma, and energetic misalignment, guiding you towards a place of greater peace, clarity, and empowerment.
Sessions are available online or in person (depending on location).

GRIEF SUPPORT
You can choose either to work with me 1:1 or as a family. All sessions can be conducted online but the preference would be in person.
Grief doesn’t follow a script, and neither do these sessions. You can choose to work with me one-on-one or as a family, depending on your needs. Whether you're navigating recent loss or carrying unspoken sorrow from long ago, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t have to be “okay” here.
Through evidence-based breathwork practices that help regulate the nervous system and gently open the heart, we create space for what’s been held in — the unspoken, the stuck, the quiet ache beneath the surface.
This is paired with soothing sound and voice work, designed to calm the limbic system and support emotional integration — helping your body process what words can’t always reach.
As a celebrant, I offer these sessions as part of a broader continuum of care around loss, remembrance, and transition. Whether you are preparing for a memorial, honoring someone’s legacy, or simply needing space to reconnect with love in the presence of grief, these sessions can offer meaningful support before or after ceremony.

COUPLES SESSIONS
All sessions can be conducted online but the preference would be in person.

These sessions are for couples who want to connect — clearly, consciously, and with presence. Through breath, sound, and focused attention, we shift out of everyday patterns and into a space of real relational depth.
Using paired breathwork, shared sound journeys, and eye-gazing meditations, I guide you into a space where communication becomes clearer, nervous systems settle, and a more honest connection can emerge.
As a celebrant, I also offer these sessions as a powerful way to prepare for your wedding — a chance to align emotionally and energetically before making your vows. They’re also valuable for returning to connection during marriage — especially in times of change, stress, or distance.
