Every other week, you will be invited to join a live session on Zoom for a one hour deeply restorative session (recorded if you cannot attend live) — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself.

Each session is gently focused on calming your nervous system, releasing what you’ve been carrying, and helping you feel more present, more grounded, and more at ease in your body.
