Join Ben Bidwell (Breathwork Guide and Human Potential Coach) and Elizabeth Reah (Musician and Vocalist) for an incredibly beautiful 2 hour experience.
This event is both for couples looking to deepen intimacy and for individuals to reconnect with their own heart.
Held in a stunning London venue where all blankets, mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided.
