Aurora is a signature live concert experience—an evening that blends beautiful music, breath taking acoustics and a combination of sound and light to create a truly immersive, unique and unforgettable experience.
Created by professional singer, vocalist and therapeutic musician, Elizabeth Reah, Aurora offers concerts that are both uplifting and immersive, blending exceptional live music with moments of reflection, joy and shared human connection.
Aurora is a series of concert all set within beautiful churches and historic spaces, Aurora is a two-hour musical journey designed to create space for calm, reflection, emotion and connection.
Every performance is completely unique, weaving together reimagined soprano arias, cinematic masterpieces, contemporary favourites and completely improvised vocal music. Some moments will feel familiar. Others will be created live in the moment. No two performances are ever the same, making every Aurora concert a truly unique and unrepeatable experience.

A Candlelit Christmas Concert
This December, step inside the beautiful St Mary’s Church at the end of the Causeway for an unforgettable evening of music, candlelight and Christmas magic.
Aurora is a Christmas concert created to bring people together — an uplifting celebration of music, community and the joy of the festive season, set within one of Horsham’s most beautiful and historic spaces.
Illuminated by the warm glow of hundreds of LED candles, St Mary’s will provide a breathtaking setting for an evening that combines beautiful solo performances with the wonderful tradition of singing Christmas carols together.
Beautiful music. Familiar carols. A little Christmas magic.
At the heart of Aurora will be a collection of stunning solo pieces performed by Elizabeth, including the much-love O Holy Night, Ave Maria, an original Christmas song, and other seasonal favourites.
Alongside these more intimate moments, the audience will be invited to sing together for traditional Christmas carols.
Aurora will also shine a light on local voices. A children’s choir will perform as part of the evening, alongside other singers from the community — giving performers who may not ordinarily have the opportunity to share in this way.

Aurora has been created with Horsham and the surrounding community at its heart.
The concert will support local charities with 15% of all profits being gifted back making the evening not only a celebration of Christmas but an opportunity to support others.

Bringing children to Aurora
Children are very welcome at Aurora, and we hope the presence of our local children’s choir will make the evening particularly special for younger audience members.
As parts of the concert include quiet solo performances and extended periods of silence, we recommend the concert for children aged 8 and over.
This is guidance rather than a strict age restriction, and we leave the decision to parents and carers. If you feel your younger child will be comfortable sitting quietly throughout the concert and respecting the stillness required during performances, they are absolutely welcome to join us.

Elizabeth is a world-renowned vocalist whose work centres on expressive, emotionally resonant, and uniquely beautiful vocal music. As a specialist in live improvisation, she creates performances that are unique, deeply emotional, and more than just a concert - Its an experience.
Her voice has been described as haunting, cinematic and profoundly moving. She is known for her ability to build atmosphere, tell emotional stories through sound, and hold an audience in complete attention.
Every concert is created in real time. Every note improvised in the moment.

Spotlight musician - Organist for 21st December
Imogen Stewart
Imogen became a village church organist in her teenage years and went on to serve as Team Organist at Kingston Buci in Shoreham-by-Sea for 25 years. Since moving to Warnham, she has continued to support local churches by providing holiday cover for local organists. She considers it a true privilege to support worshippers through music at church services.
Imogen has also served as Administrator for the Sussex Organists Training Scheme and is passionate about encouraging others to discover the instrument, firmly believing that every keyboard player should have the opportunity to experience playing an organ console.
Alongside her love of music, Imogen works as Head of Operations for a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Chichester.

Yes. There will be a paid bar open from 45 mins before the concert
Guests are very welcome to arrive early, enjoy a drink, and make an evening of it. You can also order interval drinks on arrival at a discount.

Cash is highly preferred, and we strongly encourage bringing cash if you’re able, due to the volume of people attending.
There will be limited card payment available.

The bar is being run by a professional bar company so drinks are priced by them. Approximate amount of a wine is £8.50. Approximate amount for a beer is £6.

Yes it is fully seated. There are three tiers of seating. Gold (first rows), Silver (central/nave seating) and Bronze (side seating)

All the churches have accessible entrances. If you have specific access needs or questions, please get in touch in advance and we’ll do our best to support you.

Children aged 8 and over are welcome at a parent or guardian’s discretion.
This is a seated concert that requires extended periods of quiet and stillness, so please consider whether this will be comfortable for your child and for other audience members.

The Aurora experience does aim to braodcast at least half of the concerts online. Please check ticket options for each concert. December 2026 is NOT available online.
