TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, concerts, sessions, workshops, and experiences offered by Elizabeth Reah.
By booking or attending any event, session, or experience, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
1. Attendance & Personal Responsibility
Attendance at any concert, event, session, or experience hosted by Elizabeth Reah is voluntary and at the attendee’s own discretion.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing, conduct, and personal belongings throughout the event.
Elizabeth Reah cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
2. Venue Responsibility
Events may take place in third-party venues. Responsibility for venue safety, accessibility, and compliance with health and safety regulations remains with the venue owner or operator.
Elizabeth Reah is not responsible for conditions, facilities, or incidents relating to third-party venues.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elizabeth Reah shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by attendees except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
4. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings. Elizabeth Reah accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
5. Tickets & Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to) circumstances where an attendee:
is unable to attend
changes their mind
does not enjoy the event
experiences a change in personal circumstances
Tickets may be gifted or transferred to another person if the original attendee is unable to attend.
6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Elizabeth Reah
In the rare event that an event is cancelled or postponed by Elizabeth Reah due to circumstances that are absolutely and critically unavoidable — including, but not limited to, serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control — ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Where an event is cancelled or postponed by Elizabeth Reah:
An alternative date will be offered, allowing ticket holders to attend the rescheduled event.
Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Refunds will not be issued where an alternative date is provided.
If Elizabeth Reah is unable to offer an alternative date, a refund will be provided.
Attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled date are welcome to gift or resell their ticket to another party.
This clause applies only in circumstances where cancellation or postponement is initiated by Elizabeth Reah and is unavoidable.
7. Event Changes
Elizabeth Reah reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary, including changes to timing, format, or content.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. No Guarantees
Concerts, events, and sessions are offered as creative, artistic, and expressive experiences.
No guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes, personal experience, enjoyment, emotional response, or perceived benefit.
9. Insurance
Elizabeth Reah holds appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
10. Recording & Media
Unless otherwise stated, unauthorised recording or photography during events may be restricted.
Any professional recording or media use by Elizabeth Reah will be conducted respectfully.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
