At the heart of my work are therapeutic sessions — gentle, yet powerful containers that blend restorative breathwork, therapeutic sound and music, and intuitive meditation and guidance. These sessions are for anyone navigating stress, emotional stagnation, life transitions, grief or simply wanting reconnection with themselves.

The Science
• Sound & Frequency: Research shows that sound and vibration can affect the nervous system, shifting brainwave states from stress (beta) to deep relaxation and healing (alpha and theta). Vocal frequencies, in particular, can activate the vagus nerve, supporting emotional regulation and stress relief.
• Breathwork: Controlled breathing techniques help regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone), and gently quietens the prefrontal cortex, promoting a sense of calm and clarity. It also helps shift the body from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)
• Meditation: Meditation has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, enhance emotional resilience, and rewire neural pathways for greater inner peace. When combined with sound and breathwork, it creates a powerful synergy for deep healing and transformation.

One of the main areas I support is grief — in all its forms.
Grief isn’t only about death. It includes the loss of relationships, health, identity, safety, and dreams.
It can also show up during transitions that change who we are or how we see the world.
In grief, the nervous system can swing between exhaustion, anxiety, and emotional overload.
Breathwork and sound offer gentle ways to process these waves, without needing to push or perform.
The goal isn’t to “get over” what’s happened, but to find a way to live with it — to make space for both loss and life.

Grief doesn’t follow a script, and neither do these sessions. You can choose to work with me one-on-one or as a family, depending on your needs. Whether you're navigating recent loss or carrying unspoken sorrow from long ago, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t have to be “okay” here.
Through evidence-based breathwork practices that help regulate the nervous system and gently open the heart, we create space for what’s been held in — the unspoken, the stuck, the quiet ache beneath the surface.
