Experiences designed to restore calm, inspire connection and support wellbeing.
Whether delivered in a luxury hotel, a care home, a corporate workplace, a retreat, a recovery community or an intimate one-to-one setting, these therapeutic sessions bring together live music, therapeutic sound, guided meditation and breathwork to create meaningful experiences that support relaxation, restoration and emotional wellbeing.
Every session is thoughtfully designed around the people in the room. Some are deeply restorative. Others are uplifting and joyful. Some invite quiet reflection, while others foster connection through shared musical experience.
No matter the setting, the intention remains the same: to create a space where people can pause, breathe, reconnect and leave feeling calmer and more peaceful than when they arrived.
What Makes My Work Unique
My work brings together two deeply connected parts of my life: professional musicianship and therapeutic practice.
I began singing at the age of three and was one of the first eighteen girl choristers at Wells Cathedral. Since then, I have performed professionally in extraordinary venues, including St Paul's Cathedral, the Royal Festival Hall and the Purcell Room, in cathedrals across the UK and overseas, at festivals and live on BBC Radio 3.
Alongside my life as a professional singer and musician, I have completed more than 300 hours of professional breathwork training and now specialise in therapeutic sound and breathwork.
This combination allows me to move naturally between live singing, therapeutic sound, guided meditation and breathwork, creating experiences that are both artistically led and therapeutically informed.
Many therapeutic sessions rely on pre-recorded playlists. My approach is different.
I often create the music specifically for the session and weave live singing, therapeutic sound and improvised vocals throughout the experience, responding naturally to the people and atmosphere in the room. Rather than following a fixed script, every session evolves in the moment while remaining grounded in a carefully considered structure and intention.
No two experiences are ever exactly the same.
Why This Work Matters
Life rarely gives us permission to stop.
We move from one responsibility to the next, carrying stress, grief, uncertainty, exhaustion and the constant demands of everyday life. Even when we know we need to rest, it can be difficult to quieten the mind or find our way back to a sense of calm.
My therapeutic sessions create space for that pause.
Through music, therapeutic sound, meditation and breathwork, people are invited to slow down, settle and reconnect with themselves. The experience may be deeply restorative, gently uplifting or quietly reflective, depending on the needs of the people in the room.
At the heart of every session is a simple intention: to offer a moment of peace in a busy world and help people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected than when they arrived.

THE SCIENCE OF SOUND AND BREATH
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have recognised the restorative power of music, sound and conscious breathing. Today, modern research is helping us understand why these practices can have such a profound impact on our wellbeing.
When we slow and deepen the breath, we activate the body's natural relaxation response, helping to reduce stress and supporting the nervous system as it moves from a state of constant alertness towards one of rest and restoration.
Music also has a remarkable influence on us. It can affect our emotions, evoke memories, encourage connection and create a sense of safety that often reaches beyond words. This is why music is increasingly used within healthcare, dementia care, mental health settings and wellbeing programmes across the world.
The emerging field of cymatics offers another fascinating perspective. Cymatics explores how sound vibrations create visible geometric patterns when passed through materials such as water, sand or metal plates, providing a striking visual reminder that sound is not only something we hear, but something we experience physically.
You may also have come across the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, whose photographs of water crystals sparked worldwide interest in the relationship between intention, vibration and water. Although his work remains controversial and has not been accepted as established scientific evidence, it has inspired many people to reflect on the profound ways sound, environment and intention may influence our experience.
While science continues to explore exactly how music, sound and breath interact with the body and mind, one thing is clear: when thoughtfully combined, they can create deeply restorative experiences that help people slow down, reconnect and experience a greater sense of calm, presence and wellbeing.
COMMUNITY AND CHARITY FOCUSED
I love creating therapeutic experiences within luxury hotels, spas and beautiful destination venues. These settings provide wonderful opportunities to bring together music, rest and wellbeing in inspiring environments that guests remember long after they've left.
But an equally important part of my work happens within communities.
Having experienced addiction, burnout, anxiety and recovery in my own life, I know how important it is that opportunities for wellbeing are not reserved only for those who can afford them.
I'm passionate about working with charities, care homes, mental health communities and local organisations to make therapeutic experiences more accessible. Whenever possible, I actively seek grant funding and develop community partnerships that allow sessions to be delivered free of charge or at a significantly reduced cost.
If you represent a charity, community organisation or mental health project and funding is currently a barrier, I'd still love to hear from you. Together, we may be able to explore funding opportunities or develop a programme that makes this work possible.
Because everyone deserves access to moments of calm, connection and hope.
