A LOVING MESSAGE AND INVITATION FROM NANCY

Many of you will know that John passed some years ago. And while time has moved forward, the journey of the heart doesn’t always follow the same path.

Between 2017 and 2022, I experienced the loss of five of the closest people in my life. It was a season that brought deep grief, and with it, physical and emotional exhaustion. What followed was a necessary path of healing — through reflection, meditation, prayer, fasting, and deep inner work. My body and mind needed time… real time… to process, to restore, and to come back to life in a new way.

I was not alone. I’ve been held and supported by some truly wonderful people along the way — you know who you are — and I carry deep gratitude for each of you.

There’s a powerful truth that says the body holds what we cannot yet process. I did my best, in my own time, to meet my grief… to honour it… and to move through it. And I can say, gently and honestly, that I am a better person for having walked that path.

And so… why now?

Because I am ready.

Ready to honour John in the way he truly deserves. Ready to gather those who loved him. Ready to celebrate his life — not from a place of overwhelm or survival, but from a place of love, presence, and wholeness.

I want to give John, and all of you who knew and loved him, the most meaningful and heartfelt Celebration of Life. One that reflects who he was, the impact he had, and the love that continues to live on.

Thank you for being here, and for walking this moment with me.

With love,
Nancy

Why I Chose Elizabeth as Celebrant

Elizabeth and I met in a way that feels, to me, deeply aligned.

I first heard her voice through my Joe Dispenza coherence groups. There was something about it — something grounding, calming, and deeply moving — and I found myself drawn to it. Over time, I followed her work more closely and learned that Dr. Joe had licensed her music.

Eventually, I reached out to Elizabeth to ask about licensing one of her pieces for my own groups, assuming it would likely be beyond my budget. To my surprise, it wasn’t — and I was able to begin using her music in my work.

Through that connection, I came to learn that Elizabeth is also an experienced celebrant, specialising in Celebrations of Life and funeral ceremonies. From there, our connection naturally deepened.

It feels incredibly meaningful that this is how we found one another — not just through circumstance, but through shared intention, healing, and heart.

And that is why having Elizabeth hold this space for John’s Celebration of Life feels so right.
