Hosted by Elizabeth Reah, professional musician, singer and therapeutic practitioner, this is a sound bath with a difference.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, this carefully created 90-minute experience brings together gentle guided breathwork sessions, the beautiful resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and Elizabeth's live voice and original musical arrangements.
The combination of therapeutic sound, live music and gentle breathwork creates a deeply immersive experience, designed to help you slow down, release stress and enjoy a wonderful sense of calm.
Afterwards, there will be time to enjoy beautiful cacao, relax and connect with others in the warm, welcoming surroundings of Sussex Country Yurt.
